Tirzah is kind, understanding, and a good listener. I never feel judged and she helps me celebrate my successes, no matter how small. She encourages me to address things that I am uncomfortable with and to move through life with confidence. I feel like she has helped me a great deal.

I cannot recommend Dr. Mariela Padro enough. Over the last six years, she has been a vital part of my health journey and has helped me so much. What sets her apart is how much she listens—she takes the time to really understand the situation before making a plan. She is incredibly friendly and approachable, which makes it easy to talk about difficult things, but she remains professional at all times. I also love that she’s available via email between sessions if something comes up. She truly cares about her patients.
