Who We Are
Mind & Soul Therapy & Acupuncture is an integrative mental health and wellness clinic located at 7600 SW 57th Ave, Suite 102, South Miami, FL 33143. Founded by Mariela Padro, MD and Rafael Padro, DOM, AP — a board-certified psychiatrist and a Doctor of Oriental Medicine — we are the only clinic in South Florida combining psychiatry, FDA-cleared NeuroStar® TMS therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture, Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), peptide therapy, and licensed counseling under one roof.
Our clinic was built on a simple but powerful belief: true healing starts with understanding why you're struggling — not just what you're feeling. We treat the root cause of every condition, not just its symptoms.
We serve patients from South Miami, Coral Gables, Kendall, Pinecrest, Miami Beach, and throughout Florida via telehealth. Our team includes board-certified psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed mental health counselors, and acupuncture physicians — all working together as a coordinated care team.
